About Shirley: Shirley Pantoliano, MS, RD, RYT is a registered dietitian a bachelor’s degree in nutrition, master’s degree in health promotion and experience with Ayurveda. With over 25 years of experience in nutrition she has presented nutrition workshops in corporate settings and health clubs, throughout the country. She is a contributing editor to a book on yoga and meditation for weight management, and was recently featured in the Town Crossings newspaper for her work on yoga for weight control. She received her yoga training through Yoga Spirit Studios. Shirley’s presence is described as contagious enthusiasm.
